Requirements: We do prefer you to to have a knowledge and be proficient in building a computer, partitioning and formatting a hard disk drive, loading operating systems and configuring devices. If you do not have this level of experience or knowledge, please attend our PC Fundamentals course.

The Exams: Examinations can be arranged at your nearest Sylvan Prometric Test Centre (there is always a Test Centre close to where you live or work). Details of the exams, current costs and / or centres may be found at www.2test.com
The exam questions are answered from a multi-choice menu. Questions are theoretical, there are no practical exercises. Providing you know the subject you should be able to quickly recall the answers

I was on your A+ course this week, and am writing to tell you how much I enjoyed the course. And appreciate how much effort you put into the course. Also I passed both exams yesterday afternoon with scores of Core 826 and OS 697.

I attended your A+ course last week and have taken the two A+ exams this week and passed with a score of 990. The Core exam took me 15 Minutes and the O/S Exam took 10 minutes.
I'd just like to say thank you to you and everyone at CATS for all the help you've given me when booking my course and while attending, the practice test CD-ROM was first class. I'll definitely be attending more courses with you in the future. - Simon

I took the second part of my A+ exam today and I have passed!
I got 971 marks on the Core hardware exam and 815 marks on the OS exam. A big thank you to all the the team for all your help. Keith W
